Central Minister Sri Jairam Ramesh to deliver the key-note address in IBC 2010
Hon’ble Minister for Environment and Forests, Sri Jairam Ramesh will deliver the key-note address in the inaugural session of Indian Biodiversity Congress on 28th December 2010. He will also inaugurate the Civil Society meet organised in connection with IBC.
